Teunis Jan Klein wurde 1974 in den Niederlanden geboren und begann mit 17 Jahren, sich mit Bonsai zu beschäftigen. Er schloss sich bald der Niederländischen Bonsai-Vereinigung an und lernte von Hotsumi Terakawa und Marc Noelanders. 1995 gewann er den New Talent Contest in Holland und nahm im Jahr darauf am europäischen Wettbewerb in Monaco teil. 1997 gründete er seinen Bonsai-Betrieb. Teunis Jan Klein hat eine große Bonsai-Sammlung aufgebaut und mit seinen Bäumen viele wichtige Preise in Europa gewonnen. Seine Workshops und Demonstrationen erfreuen sich großer Beliebtheit.
Teunis Jan Klein was born in 1974 in the Netherlands and began with bonsai at age 17. Soon he joined the Dutch Bonsai Association and learned from Hotsumi Terakawa and Marc Noelanders.
